Cancellation & Refund Policy

EasyLife digital products — our EasyLife Blueprints and premium résumé designs — are unlocked immediately after purchase. Your rights depend on where you live. This policy covers consumers in the EU/EEA and customers elsewhere, and explains the money-back guarantee we offer on our Blueprints.

30-day money-back guarantee (EasyLife Blueprints)

We stand behind our Blueprints. If you buy an EasyLife Blueprint and it’s not right for you, simply email us within 30 daysof your purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full — no questions asked. You don’t need to give a reason. This is a voluntary guarantee we offer in addition to any statutory rights you have. To request it, email info@ezlifetools.com from the address you used at checkout.

Immediate access

When you buy, you get access right away — the product unlocks in your browser and you receive a link by email. At checkout you confirm that you understand this is a digital product with immediate access.

Consumers in the EU/EEA — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, because this is digital content supplied immediately, your right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance after you have (a) expressly consented to the immediate provision and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) of the German Civil Code / Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You give this consent via the confirmation checkbox at checkout, and you receive a confirmation of the contract by email. Note that our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on Blueprints (above) applies regardless.

Customers outside the EU/EEA

If you are located outside the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country or region apply. Beyond those, the money-back guarantee and refund practice on this page apply.

Other products & problems

For products other than the Blueprints (such as premium résumé designs), purchases are generally final because they are delivered instantly. That said, if something goes wrong — for example, you were charged but the product did not unlock, you experienced a technical problem, or you were charged in error — we will gladly issue a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@ezlifetools.com with the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
