These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EasyLife website and tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

EasyLife offers online tools for everyday tasks, including a résumé builder. Most tools run entirely in your browser and are free to use without an account. Some designs are offered as a paid, one-time upgrade (“Premium”).

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the information you enter (for example, your résumé details). The résumé builder processes your input in your browser to generate a PDF; your content is not uploaded to our servers. The documents you create are yours to use for any lawful purpose.

Premium purchase and license

Premium designs are available for a one-time payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. After a successful payment, the premium designs are unlocked in your browser and you receive a personal unlock link by email so you can restore access on other devices. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Premium purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased premium designs. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the premium unlock link with others is not permitted.

Intellectual property

All software, source code, templates, designs, graphics, logos, branding, and other content provided by EasyLife remain the intellectual property of EasyLife unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Service itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The Service may contain links to or integrate third-party services, including payment providers such as Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents meet the requirements of any specific employer or application process.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyLife is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or used the Service unlawfully or abusively.

Privacy

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where the provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
